Grind2Energy® Food Waste Recycling System, processes bulk kitchen waste into anaerobically digestable slurry highly suitable for biogas, bioenergy and fertilizer prodruction. Includes: a processing table with a 10 HP grinder, pump and over-head sprayer, and a slurry storage tank as well as piping and wiring materials for pump-to-tank connections. Product included utility carts and bins. Processing table is stainless steel construction available in 3-phase high and low voltages. Listed price indicates minimum equipment and additional services such as heat-proofing may be required. This model is not insulated and should not be selected for exterior holding tank installations in cold climate zones subject to freezing. Contact factory for details.

Each Grind2Energy system includes: a processing table equiped with “Internet of Things” enabled controller, 10-HP Grind2Energy exclusive modified grinder, 5-HP pump, backsplash with overhead sprayer. Collection tank, 3 removable splash guards, 1 squeegee, safety glasses, 18 collection bins and lids, 3 rolling push carts with labels. A tank valves kit complete with 4in discharge valve, tank coupling fitting, pipe union, vacuum breakers, charcoal filter kit. A tank sensors kit complete with: level sensor kit, redudant level sensor, float sensor kit, capacitive sensor kit and capacitive sensor shield. Piping and wiring kit for all table-to-tank connections.
